R&D Portfolio Management Specialist

Join us as a PMO Specialist and become a strategic enabler within our global R D organization operating from India to support our European R D this role you will improve project governance increase visibility across complex portfolios and streamline crossfunctional collaboration to elevate R D performance. You will work closely with EUbased R D leadership ensuring that planning reporting and resource coordination are executed with clarity and precision. This opportunity allows you to help shape global innovation processes contribute to operational excellence and support strategic decisions that shape our technology programs. Enhance delivery excellence across global R D programs

In this role you will support multiple European R D programs ensuring governance transparent reporting and aligned resource planning. You will manage PMO tools dashboards and documentation frameworks while coordinating with crossfunctional stakeholders across time zones. Your ability to simplify complex information anticipate risks and enhance portfolio visibility will be key to enabling efficient and highquality delivery within our R D ecosystem.

Your responsibility will be to:

Provide endtoend PMO support for parallel European R D programs

Support program planning tracking reporting and milestone oversight

Maintain and optimize PMO tools dashboards and documentation systems

Coordinate capacity planning and support prioritization of R D initiatives

Enable governance adherence structured reviews and improved reporting

You will collaborate closely with global R D leaders reporting functionally to the VP R D NKT Distribution and locally to the Head of Technology G3C. This position is based in Chennai India.

You also have:

A bachelors degree in Engineering Business or a related field

5 years of experience in PMO project coordination or R D program support

Practical experience with project management tools and reporting dashboards

Solid proficiency in project management and portfolio tracking

Demonstrated experience supporting global R D or technical teams
