Role Overview:
We are looking for a Product Specialist to support product growth by analyzing customer needs managing product data and working with cross-functional teams. You will also provide technical support and help improve online product content.
Key Responsibilities:

- Review and upload product information on websites
- Analyze web chat data to improve customer experience
