Summary:
As a Test Automation Lead you will be at the forefront of transforming testing into a continuous and efficient end-to-end quality engineering function. Your typical day will involve leading initiatives that enhance quality processes tools and methodologies significantly improving control accuracy and integrity. You will work on evolving predictive and intelligent testing approaches leveraging automation and innovative testing products and solutions to ensure the highest standards of quality in software delivery. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME.- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.- Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices within the team and across departments.- Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and professional growth. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Enterprise Data Management (EDM).- Strong understanding of test automation frameworks and methodologies.- Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices.- Familiarity with performance testing tools and techniques.- Ability to analyze and interpret complex data sets to drive testing strategies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle Enterprise Data Management (EDM).- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.- A 15 years full time education is required.
