Job Summary

5 years in IT Operations in Corporate IT environments
3 years of experience with Office 365 Microsoft Active Directory Atlassian products and other productivity tools
Proactive friendly and upbeat you can get the job done with limited direction and a willingness to pitch in whenever and wherever needed
Extensive experience in Mac desktop/laptop environment
Competency with cloud-based file management software
Exposure to Wireless Controller / AP operations
Good understanding of concepts such as DNS DHCP and Email
Strong understanding of Mobile Device Management like JAMF or similar for enforcement of security measures including anti-malware and software patch management
Configuring corporate Network Management - Routing VLANS L2/L3 Switch Management and remote access VPN is a plus
Able to understand and adapt to rapidly changing priorities pivoting from one task to other project-based tasks as needed
Good communication skills both written and verbal
