The Opportunity

The Treasury Operations Administrator role is a 12-month fixed-term contract within our Finance Shared Services team. Reporting to the Treasury Operations Manager this role plays a vital part in ensuring the smooth accurate and timely execution of daily treasury processes across settlements cash management confirmations and loan administration.

What youll bring to the role

Ability to execute and verify daily treasury transactions including FX settlements interest payments loan drawdowns rollovers and repayments.
Skilled in preparing and validating confirmations and completing rate-setting processes.
Experience supporting cash and liquidity management including monitoring balances and funding requirements.
Competence in maintaining accurate loan data and preparing documentation for notices rollovers and repayments.
Strong understanding of compliance governance and maintaining audit trails for all transactions.
Familiarity with Treasury Management Systems and ability to support system enhancements and automation initiatives.
Effective stakeholder communication and collaboration with internal teams banks and external service providers.
Capacity to provide administrative and project support to the Treasury Operations Manager.

About You

Tertiary qualification in Accounting Economics or Business-related studies or 3 years experience in Treasury Operations within corporate or banking environments.

Strong understanding of middle/back-office treasury processes and experience with Treasury Management Systems.
Working knowledge of transactional banking and system integrations.
Proactive and able to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
Excellent stakeholder service and relationship-building skills.
Collaborative supportive team player with clear and confident communication skills.
Strong critical thinking commercial judgement and analytical skills with proficiency in spreadsheets and systems.
