Position: Office Administrator

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time position with the potential for growth within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain office operations including answering phones responding to emails and scheduling appointments
- Greet and assist clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Coordinate and manage office supplies and equipment
- Maintain and update company databases and files
- Prepare and distribute correspondence memos and other documents as needed
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry filing and record keeping
- Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments for team members
- Assist with marketing and social media efforts as needed
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Assist with special projects and events as assigned by management
Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in an administrative role preferably in a real estate or office setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of real estate terminology and processes is a plus
