Job Summary

Accounts Payable Executive

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable functions independently
Process local and foreign supplier payments (online and manual) accurately and on time
Perform three-way matching; handle vendor invoices routine reconciliations and payment follow-ups
Post accounts payable entries and maintain AP records in SAP system
Update payment templates and ensure compliance with internal policies
Ensure payments are in compliance with tax requirements and relevant regulations
Coordinate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
Maintain archive and retrieve documents
Handle cash advances settlements and perform bank reconciliations
Any other accounting tasks assigned by the Head of Finance

Key Requirements

Degree in Accounting and Finance or part qualification in a professional accounting qualification (AAT / CA/ACCA / CIMA or equivalent)
Minimum 2 years experience in an Accounts Payable role
Hands-on experience with SAP ERP and Microsoft Excel
Strong knowledge of local and foreign payments
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Good command of spoken and written English
