Your work environment

Real Estate Finance NL (REF NL) services their real estate investment customers directly through regional offices in South-West South East North-West and North- East. The regional offices are supported by REF NLs delivery team. This team is centrally organized in Amsterdam and is structured in squads. REF NL is considered to be the principal Dutch real estate lender and our real estate knowledge is appreciated throughout the real estate investor market.

The Purpose of REF NL is:

To be the best digitalized real estate finance bank with excellent and efficient work processes and a flawless execution.

You will be part of the Downstream Reporting Squad (DRS) focusing on enabling to provide reports upon trusted and accurate REF NL data. You work in hybrid mode with your base in Amsterdam.

Role and responsibilities

Within the REF NL Delivery team your key responsibilities are to:

  • draft user business and IT requirements together with IT developers and business
  • align with the relevant stakeholders in and outside REF NL
  • work closely together within the Squad which exists of multi-disciplinary members existing of CJEs Developers Data Scientists and Data Analysts
  • to design develop test the deployment of the product
  • support the initiative to explain our REF NL data to the data users (e.g. Finance and Credit Risk) in the ING Data Lake in close cooperation with business & IT.

  • You possess strong data analysis capabilities.
  • You have ambition willingness to learn take responsibility.
  • You have expertise of describing user and business requirements and translating this into the IT requirements. Business knowledge of Real Estate Finance is a pre.
  • You have knowledge of documenting change requests and raising incidents.
  • Knowledge of BW development SAP Business Warehouse (BW Netweaver 7.5) SAP CML FI and CMS modules is a pre
  • You have strong influencing skills and a result-driven/ persistent can-do and proactive mentality.
  • You have experience in project management.
  • You have an understanding of the data management principles.
  • You have a Bachelors degree or an equivalent work level.
  • You are a team player: we expect you to provide valuable contribution tocollective goals both regarding concrete deliverables and teamwork as such.
  • You are fluent in English and clear communicator. Fluent Dutch is a pre.
