Our International Nutrition Division (ANI) is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support the Central Europe cluster. This is a maternity-cover role with a minimum 18month fixedterm contract.
You will support the financial performance and strategic decisions across 34 countries representing 30% of the clusters sales.
What Youll Do
Drive core financial reporting (Sales P&L Balance Sheet DSO DOH profitability KPIs) and deliver actionable insights with gapclosing recommendations.
Lead the budgeting and forecasting cycles for assigned countries in alignment with division and regional timelines.
Prepare and support monthly Business Reviews and Forecast Review meetings.
Partner with commercial marketing and demand teams to support strategic and tactical decisionmaking.
Lead or support business cases for major initiatives (e.g. new product launches new market entries).
Manage pricing and master data accuracy in SAP and support continuous improvement of financial processes and planning tools.
Coordinate the Central Europe S&OP process together with Demand Commercial and Finance teams.
Required Qualifications
University degree in Economics Finance or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar business or financial analysis role.
Experience in a comparable industry and/or in a matrix multinational environment is an advantage.
Strong analytical mindset proactive attitude and results-oriented approach.
Excellent communication stakeholder management and organizational skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel PowerPoint); SAP and HFM experience is a plus.
Fluency in English (written and spoken).
