Job Description

Job Title - Sr Product Manager -Fintech Domain

Experience - 7-15 Years

Location - Bangalore

Notice - Immediate to 15 Days

Requirements:-

Develop and execute the product strategy and roadmap.
Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products on time.
Gather customer feedback and conduct market research to inform product decisions.
Define clear product requirements and user stories.
Monitor product performance and user engagement metrics.
Data driven decision making.
Ensure compliance with regulations and security standards.
Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Impact based prioritization approach.
Should be focused on the growth of the key business metric.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelors or masters in Computer Science engineering business or related field.
Relevant certifications like Product Management Fintech or Data Analytics are a plus.
6 years into product management.

MUST-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS

Strong drafting and communication (both written and verbal) skills.
Basic understanding of Product Management tools i.e. software development tracking tools and road mapping software.
Excellent problem-solving abilities to identify problem and effective solution.

GOOD-TO-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS

Prior work experience with SEBI NSDL CDSL RBI or stock exchanges is beneficial.
Knowledge of stock market.
