Role Summary:
Drive mortgage sales through open market sourcing and achieve individual targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Source home loans/LAP through DSAs connectors referrals and self-sourcing
Generate leads and convert to disbursals
Manage end-to-end loan processing
Build relationships with customers and intermediaries
Ensure high customer satisfaction
Requirements:
Graduate with 1–3 years in mortgage/LAP sales
Strong local market network
Target-driven with good communication skills
