Job Summary:
Area Sales Manager responsible for driving Mortgage (LAP/Home Loan) business in Bareilly through Open Market sourcing and DSA/Channel Partner network. The role involves team handling target achievement portfolio quality management and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive Mortgage business (LAP / Home Loan) through Open Market and DSA channels
Develop and manage DSA/Connector/Builder network
Achieve monthly and annual disbursement targets
Lead and manage a team of Relationship Managers / Sales Officers
Monitor sales funnel from Login to Disbursement
Coordinate with Credit Operations and Risk teams
Ensure portfolio quality and control delinquency
Conduct market mapping and competitor analysis
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines
Required Experience:
4–8 years of experience in Mortgage / LAP / Home Loan sales
Minimum 2 years of team handling experience
Experience in NBFC / Bank Mortgage vertical
Proven track record of target achievement
