Experience:
- 8-12 years in Travel Industry (Non-Air domain mandatory)
- Strong exposure to contracting operations & team leadership
Salary Range: 1 LPM - 1.25 LPM
Roles:

Lead and manage complete Non-Air division (Hotels Holidays - Domestic & International Visa Insurance Transfers Activities Land Packages)

Ensure end-to-end operational control service quality TAT & team productivity

Drive strategic decisions on vertical expansion restructuring or discontinuation
-
Handle vendor contracting & high-level negotiations with DMCs aggregators & global suppliers
-
Own full P&L including revenue margins cost control & business growth

Coordinate between B2B & B2C teams for seamless operations

Build scalable systems SOPs & performance frameworks
Qualification:
- Graduate/Postgraduate (MBA preferred)
- Relevant certifications in Travel/Tourism are an advantage
