About the Role
With the growing landscape of cybersecurity threatsand increasing regulatory pressure this role plays a key part inimproving the cyber maturity of IT Production and Infrastructure withina large international financial environment.
As a Project Coordinator you will join a multidisciplinarycybersecurity and IT risk team working closely with IT ProductionSecurity Audit and Risk stakeholders. Your mission will be to coordinatecybersecurity initiatives accelerate remediation plans and ensure theeffective implementation of Cyber Hygiene controls across criticalproduction environments.
This role is ideal for professionals with a strongbackground in technical project management IT infrastructureand production security who enjoy working in complex multi-stakeholderenvironments.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as Project Manager / Project Coordinator for Cyber Hygiene initiatives within the Securities Services perimeter
- Coordinate the implementation of cybersecurity measures with IT Production teams (APS)
- Monitor progress and ensure alignment with Production Security and Group Security teams
- Prepare and present project status and risk reporting in steering committees
- Support the resolution of technical security and delivery issues
- Facilitate collaboration between systems network middleware and security teams
Cyber Hygiene & Security Topics
- Privileged Access Management (CyberArk Safes SailPoint etc.)
- System and credential hardening
- Patch and vulnerability management
- Security controls and compliance checks
Security & Architecture Coordination
- Integrate guidelines from CISO and Technical Architecture teams
- Review and validate proposed technical security solutions
- Participate in security and architecture committees
Technical Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in project management within technical/IT environments
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure:
- Systems (Linux Windows Cloud)
- Networks and Security services
- Solid background in Production Security including:
- Privileged access management (CyberArk role-based access models)
- Vulnerability and patch management
- System hardening principles
- Strong cybersecurity and risk culture including cyber controls and awareness
- Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (Power BI Power Query) is a plus
- Basic knowledge of DevOps and Agile methodologies is a plus
Soft Skills
- Strong understanding of financial and transaction-based environments
- High reactivity in case of production incidents or flow interruptions
- Excellent analytical prioritization and problem-solving skills
- Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills
- Experience leading cross-functional and multidisciplinary teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong organizational skills rigor and sense of responsibility
