Key Responsibilities

• Participate in Supply Chain projects and continuous improvement initiatives to support current and future operational needs.
• Contribute to the definition and implementation of excellence processes best practices and standards in Supply Chain Management.
• Support multiple departments in change implementation and project execution.
• Assist in establishing and implementing Supply Chain standards and operational frameworks.
• Support the development and implementation of IT solutions related to Supply Chain Management (SCM).
• Promote process excellence initiatives such as remanufacturing core handling and service optimization.
• Manage and support continuous improvement processes including maintaining the benefits database and sharing best practices across teams.
• Define and implement KPIs and OPIs to monitor performance and operational efficiency.
• Provide demand coordination structures to support planning and operations.
• Develop supply chain solutions to address customer demands and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a Supply Chain role preferably related to Remanufacturing or Manufacturing processes.
• Experience with global material flow management and related systems.
• Knowledge or experience in project management and change management.
• Strong analytical mindset and financial awareness related to supply chain operations.

• Creative thinking with a progressive and proactive mindset.
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional and international environments.
