About the Opportunity
An international Automotive Technology organizationis looking for a Supply Chain Specialist with experience in Remanufacturingand Manufacturing processes to strengthen its Supply Chain Management team.
This role is ideal for professionals passionate about supplychain optimization process improvement and operational excellencecontributing to the development of efficient and scalable solutions within remanufacturingand manufacturing environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in Supply Chain Management projects and continuous improvement initiatives to support current and future operational needs.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of best practices operational standards and excellence processes within Supply Chain.
- Support cross-functional teams in implementing operational changes and executing strategic projects.
- Participate in defining and implementing Supply Chain Management standards and processes.
- Support system development and implementation for SCM-related IT solutions.
- Drive operational excellence processes within Supply Chain especially in remanufacturing core handling and service operations.
- Contribute to continuous improvement programs managing the benefits database and promoting the exchange of best practices.
- Define and implement KPIs and OPIs to monitor operational performance and efficiency.
- Provide and maintain a demand coordination structure across supply chain operations.
- Develop supply chain solutions aligned with customer requirements and regulatory standards.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Supply Chain Specialist with focus on Remanufacturing and Manufacturing processes or similar roles.
- Experience with global material flow management logistics processes and system rollout implementations.
- Experience in Project Management.
- Experience in Change Management initiatives.
- Strong financial awareness and analytical skills.
