- Diploma or Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in an IT support or coordination role
- Previous IT experience preferably in hospitality or service industry
- Knowledge of hotel systems (PMS POS) is an advantage
- Familiarity with Windows environments basic networking and hardware support
- Understanding of IT security principles and data protection requirements
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work under pressure in a 24/7 operational environment
- Customer-oriented mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

The IT Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and supporting the daily information technology operations of the hotel. This role ensures the reliable performance of all IT systems and infrastructure supports hotel colleagues with technical assistance and acts as a liaison between hotel departments regional IT teams and external vendors. The IT Coordinator plays a key role in maintaining system availability data security and compliance with brand and regulatory standards.
What will I be doing
As an IT Coordinator you will support the IT Department in its efforts to ensure the quality and delivery of IT systems for both the hotel and its Guests. These efforts will be fulfilled timely within budget and in accordance with IT operating standards. Specifically the IT Coordinator will perform the following tasks to the highest standards:
Coordinate daily IT operations acting as the primary contact for all technical matters and ensuring systems run according to brand standards.
Provide first- and second-level user support troubleshooting hardware software and network issues while managing and escalating incidents.
Administer and support hotel systems (PMS POS backoffice) oversee user access and assist with system updates and new implementations.
Manage IT infrastructure including computers network equipment telephony CCTV Wi-Fi asset inventory and audiovisual support.
Ensure IT security and compliance support audits coordinate IT projects deliver basic training maintain documentation and prepare regular IT reports.
