A leading technology-driven organization is lookingfor a Senior AI Technical Lead to join its growing Data & AI team.This role is ideal for professionals who combine strong technical leadershipwith hands-on AI architecture expertise capable of driving end-to-endAI initiatives and shaping innovative solutions that deliver real businessimpact.

You will act as a trusted technical advisor guidingboth clients and internal teams while ensuring that AI solutions are scalablesecure and aligned with strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end AI initiatives including Predictive AI Prescriptive AI and Generative AI (GenAI) projects from ideation to production.
• Design and define solution architectures and engineering standards including MLOps LLMOps monitoring CI/CD pipelines scalability and security.
• Guide delivery teams through complex technical challenges ensuring performance quality and cost efficiency.
• Support pre-sales and go-to-market activities including technical workshops solution design RFP responses proposals and project estimations.
• Develop reusable AI assets and accelerators while promoting best practices mentoring and knowledge sharing across the organization.
• Collaborate with major cloud providers and partners such as Azure AWS and Google Cloud leveraging platforms like Azure ML Amazon SageMaker and Vertex AI.

Your Profile

• 5 years of experience in AI-driven projects with strong technical leadership roles such as AI Architect or Tech Lead.
• Deep expertise in Predictive AI Prescriptive AI and Generative AI architectures including RAG frameworks and AI agents.
• Solid experience with MLOps and LLMOps practices ensuring reliable and scalable AI deployments.
• Strong knowledge of modern data platforms including data lakes lakehouse architectures data warehouses and cloud-based data pipelines.
• Understanding of Responsible AI principles including privacy fairness transparency governance and risk management.
• Excellent stakeholder management communication and problem-solving skills with a strong ownership mindset.
