Italian-Speaking Claims & Customer Support Specialist

We are currently hiring Italian-speaking professionals to join a growing international team in Porto. This is a great opportunity for candidates with a background in customer support administration or even mechanics looking to build a stable career in a structured environment.
Your role
You will be responsible for managing and processing automotive-related cases ensuring accuracy compliance and high-quality service:
- Register and manage cases in internal systems
- Handle automotive repair claims according to contract coverage
- Verify request eligibility and assess risk
- Communicate with internal departments and partners (phone & email)
- Notify decisions to customers and stakeholders
- Ensure administrative follow-up of all operations
- Maintain quality compliance and data confidentiality standards
- Contribute to team performance and continuous improvement
What you bring
- C2 Italian level Portuguese or English (minimum B2)
- Experience in customer support administration or similar roles
- Background or interest in mechanics is a strong plus
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
- Team-oriented mindset with a proactive attitude
