Strategic Planning and Online Sales Growth
Develop and execute online sales strategies across BG&I platforms to meet revenue and operating plan targets.
Drive product line strategy pricing execution promotions and new product introductions to improve conversion and speed to market.
Advise internal and external partners on E commerce best practices aligned with GE Appliances house of brands strategy.
Website and Platform Management
Advise on the development design testing and ongoing optimization of BG&I E commerce websites to ensure a user friendly leading edge experience.
Ensure best in class product content brand presentation and digital shelf execution across all partner platforms.
Manage Item Data Management interfaces to ensure accurate timely product pricing and promotional data.
Marketing Merchandising and Execution
Execute GE Appliances marketing campaigns and new product introductions across BG&I digital platforms.
Own relationships with merchandising and execution partners to ensure alignment between digital strategy and field execution.
Leverage brand advocacy programs and digital scorecards to drive above category performance.
Drive communication and execution of digital initiatives across field sales teams.
Analytics and Optimization
Use data and analytics to understand customer behavior identify gaps and uncover opportunities to improve site performance and conversion rates.
Manage reporting and digital performance metrics to support overall business management and decision making.
Leadership and Cross Functional Influence
Advise and collaborate with copywriters designers developers sales leaders and marketing partners to deliver a cohesive online experience.
Lead internship and account team CDP programs and coordinate formal customer meetings and events.
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years experience in Sales Marketing or Digital Commerce roles.
Bachelors degree in Business Management Marketing Analytics or a related discipline.
Ability to travel as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
Demonstrated ability to work cross functionally at all levels of the organization and with external partners.
Strong acumen of online consumer shopping behaviors and proven ability to develop and optimize winning E commerce strategies.
Exceptional analytical skills with strong attention to detail and data driven decision making.
Curious and confident in identifying issues analyzing root causes and proposing actionable solutions.
Demonstrated strong written oral and presentation skills.
