La Faculté de droit Études Supérieures veut recruter des professeurs à temps partiels qui sont des leaders dans la profession juridique. Pour ce cours un LL.L. ou un LL.B. ou un LL.M en droit notarial ou leur équivalent est nécessaire. Le candidat ou la candidate doit aussi être membre en règle de la Chambre des notaires du Québec. Il ou elle doit aussi avoir une expérience significative et pertinente ou détenir un diplôme détudes supérieures dans le domaine concerné. Le fait davoir une expérience denseignement dans une faculté de droit est un atout.
À sa discrétion la Faculté se réserve le droit de sélectionner un postulant ne répondant pas entièrement aux critères de laffichage si sa sélection serait dans lintérêt du programme du cours des étudiants ou une autre justification connexe.
