Inviting applications for the role of Lead Consultant Salesforce Marketing SME
We are seeking a seasoned Marketing Domain SME to lead the digital transformation of our marketing operations. This individual will serve as the bridge between business requirements and technical execution specifically focusing on how Seismic Campaign Manager and Cvent integrate with Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud. The individual is proficient in the Campaign to Cash flow and proficient in Salesforce Technology
In this role you will lead requirement workshops for a premier banking client designing a seamless ecosystem where event data content enablement and campaign execution flow bi-directionally to drive ROI and personalized customer journeys.
In this role you will be responsible for below:
Responsibilities:
Workshop Facilitation: Lead discovery sessions with banking stakeholders to translate complex business needs into scalable technical requirements.
Ecosystem Architecture: Define the Golden Record strategy and data flow between Salesforce CRM and managed packages (Cvent Seismic and Campaign Manager).
Seismic Strategy: Architect the content enablement strategy. Ensure that sales teams have the right collateral at the right time within the CRM and that engagement data flows back to Marketing for lead scoring.
Campaign Management: Optimize the integration of Campaign Manager to streamline end-to-end execution ensuring compliance and auditabilitycritical for the banking sector.
Event Lifecycle Management: Leverage the Cvent managed package to automate event registration attendee tracking and post-event follow-ups within the Salesforce ecosystem.
SFMC Integration: Ensure all third-party data is actionable within Salesforce Marketing Cloud for journey building and advanced personalization.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum qualifications / Skills
BS/MS degree in Computer Science or related technical field involving coding or equivalent work/technical experience.
Salesforce CoreDeep expertise in Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud and the behavior of Managed Packages (installing configuring and troubleshooting). Salesforce Admin Salesforce Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud certifications
Marketing CloudProven experience with SFMC (Connectors Journey Builder Automation Studio).
Specialized ToolsHands-on experience with one or 2 of these Cvent (Event-to-Lead flow) Seismic (LiveDocs/Contextual Content) and Campaign Manager.
Banking AcumenUnderstanding of data privacy (GDPR/CCPA) SOC2 compliance and the sensitivity of Financial Services data.
Preferred qualifications / Skills
Experience in Marketing Technology and/or Salesforce Consulting.
Managed Package Mastery: You understand the limitations and gotchas of out-of-the-box connectors vs. custom API builds.
Strategic Thinking: Ability to advise the client not just on how to connect tools but why a certain workflow will improve the banker-to-merchant relationship.
Communication: Elite presentation skills; ability to command a room of VPs and Developers alike.

Data Flow: A world where a client registers in Cvent triggers a Thank You journey in SFMC and notifies a Banker in Salesforce with a Seismic pitch deck tailored to that clients interestsall automatically.
Adoption: Designing interfaces that Bankers actually want to use.
Governance: Establishing a robust framework for campaign tagging and reporting.
