Are you passionate about helping children thrive Do you enjoy working on a collaborative mission-driven team Blue Bird Day a leading specialized intensive pediatric therapeutic day program is seeking a dedicated and compassionate clinic-based Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our multidisciplinary team of top therapists in Chicago IL. This is an opportunity to provide evidence-based play-focused pediatric therapy in a collaborative innovative environment designed to help children thrive.

As an RBT at Blue Bird Day you will provide applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy to children ages 2-7 years old with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) ADHD sensory processing disorder and other neurodiverse needs. Youll foster each childs cognitive social emotional adaptive and developmental growth through:

  • Providing individualized therapy
  • Collecting data on programming
  • Implementing evidence-based intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA
  • Collaborating daily with physical occupational and speech therapists and social workers
  • Documenting progress and communicating with families to support continuity of care
