This is an opportunity to provide evidence-based play-focused pediatric therapy in a collaborative innovative environment designed to help children thrive.

As an RBT at Blue Bird Day you will provide applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy to children ages 2-7 years old with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) ADHD sensory processing disorder and other neurodiverse needs. Youll foster each childs cognitive social emotional adaptive and developmental growth through:

Providing individualized therapy
Collecting data on programming
Implementing evidence-based intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA
Collaborating daily with physical occupational and speech therapists and social workers
Documenting progress and communicating with families to support continuity of care

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive Hourly Rate: $20-23/hour
