Responsibilities:
- Provide supervision of assigned staff within AWARE Corporate Developmental Disabilities Services.
- Development and supervision of work activities.
- Coordinates daily transportation of clients.
- Evaluate employee performance and make disciplinary recommendations.
Talents skills and abilities:
- Bachelors Degree in Human Services or a related field is preferred; an equivalency can be used based on experience and education.
- Minimum of two (2) years experience in a community-based program for the developmentally disabled.
- Administrative experience with the direct supervision of staff.
- Valid Montana Drivers License.
