- Manage end-to-end HR operations and HR strategy
- Handle recruitment workforce planning and onboarding
- Oversee payroll compensation and statutory compliance (PF ESI PT etc.)
- Implement performance management systems appraisals and career development plans
- Drive employee engagement retention and organizational culture initiatives
- Manage employee relations conflict resolution and grievance handling
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Support training and development programs
- Maintain HR records MIS reports and HR systems (HRMS)
- Provide HR insights and reports to support management and business decision-making

- 2 years of experience in end-to-end HR management
