JOB DESCRIPTION

Operational support to the Training team : Learning & Development

- Conduct thorough analysis to identify skill gaps and training needs with business leaders at Airbus.
- End to end support in training/Program Delivery. This includes identifying the training materials placing order through an internal forum providing the necessary materials to the trainers before the training begins.

- Ensuring the training data is accurate and relevant on a real time basis.

- Maintaining trackers and attendance of the participants and collection of Training feedback in regular intervals.

- Implement robust feedback mechanisms to gather insights from participants and using data to continuously enhance the quality and relevance of learning initiatives.

Proficiency in MS Office/G Suite
Effective communication

Ability to handle multiple task
Demonstrated interest in Learning and Development
Operational task of training sessions
Professionalism

Eligibility: Executive PGDM / Post Graduate Diploma in Management / Post Graduate Diploma in Management
