Role Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive HR Recruiter to support our internal hiring and people initiatives. This role will be responsible for managing recruitment activities supporting onboarding building strong employee relationships and contributing to a positive workplace culture. You will also actively use Recootys own platform for internal hiring and candidate management.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for internal hiring needs.
- Use Recooty for job posting applicant tracking and candidate management.
- Screen resumes shortlist candidates and conduct initial HR screening calls.
- Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Support offer rollout onboarding coordination and joining formalities.
- Build strong relationships with existing employees across teams.
- Assist in employee engagement and culture-building initiatives.
- Help create a smooth and positive candidate and employee experience.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in HR Business Administration or a related field.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in recruitment talent acquisition or HR.
- Good understanding of modern ATS or HR tech platfoms.
- Familiarity with job portals LinkedIn sourcing and recruitment tools.
- Strong communication coordination and interpersonal skills.
- Organized detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Location: Indore Madhya Pradesh known as the cleanest city in India.
Compensation: Up to 3 LPA.
