About the Role
You will be assisting and working on live leadership hiring mandates across: Facilities Management (FM) Real Esate Financial services Corporate & Industrial Services manufacturing etc.
Key Responsibilities
1. Conduct market research & talent mapping for senior roles
2. Identify and approach relevant candidates via LinkedIn and other platforms
3. Assist in screening and evaluating candidates
4. Prepare candidate summaries and reports for clients
5. Work closely with senior consultants on live mandates
6. Take ownership of specific hiring assignments over time
Reality of the Role
1. You will be expected to learn quickly and take ownership
2. You will work on real deadlines and live client requirements
3. Feedback will be direct and performance-driven
4. This is a fast-paced high-learning environment not a classroom

Qualification:1. Education: Any Graduate or MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred.2. Experience: 6-8 years of experience in payroll processing temporary staffing or related roles. Skills:1. Having professional and business acumen.2. Strong knowledge of payroll systems and processes.3. Excellent understanding of labor laws and compliance requirements.4. Familiarity with compensation management and structures. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
