Job Description
- Work on HR systems such as PeopleSoft HCM for employee data management and HR operations.
- Utilize CRM tools like ServiceNow Salesforce Siebel for case management and HR service delivery.
- Prepare and manage HR documentation reports and presentations using Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint).
- Collaborate with HR teams to ensure timely resolution of employee queries and operational tasks.
- Support process improvements and contribute to efficient HR service delivery.
Required Qualifications & Skills - Bachelors degree in HR Business Administration or related field.
- Experience working with HR systems (PeopleSoft HCM).
- Familiarity with CRM tools (ServiceNow Salesforce Siebel).
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in flexible and rotational shifts (7 AM 4 PM and 12:30 PM 9:30 PM).
- Willingness to follow a 4:1 hybrid model (4 days in office 1 day remote).
