We are seeking a highly motivated and detailed oriented P&C Administrator who can contribute to the smooth running of our HR Operations processes. The role is part of a our People Services team that aims to deliver a smooth and consistent experience across the employee life cycle.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records across HR systems and personnel files
Coordinate recruitment administration activities like job advertising initiating and managing pre-employment checks
Prepare and issue employment contracts variations and secondment documentation in alignment with organisational requirements
Connecting with candidates and internal and external stakeholders to provide professional people-centered experiences.
Be the first point of contact for all People & Culture enquiries
Guide hiring managers and candidates through the onboarding journey helping them navigate each step with ease and understanding.
Work closely with the Team Leader Business Partners and other members of People and Culture to deeply understand and predict the needs of the organisation.
Diploma in Human Resources or tertiary qualification in HR
Solid previous experience working as P&C/HR Administrator in a fast-paced and high-volume environment
Experience interpreting Enterprise Agreements provisions
A team player with ability to work autonomously and manage multiple competing priorities effectively
A full-time role with flexible working arrangements available (including working from home days). We are open to considering 4 days a week or 9 days a fortnight for the right candidate
