MARKETING EXECUTIVE
Part Time/Full Time
This role is a wonderful opportunity for someone who has been in a support role and is ready to take ownership of our hotels marketing activity. A creative story-teller who can capture the essence of our history with forward-thinking communication.
Key Responsibilities
Content creation from photography to video and design
Website maintenance and management
Brand management
Design of sales and marketing collateral
SEO and Google Analytics
Social media management
Experience
Design capabilities
Social media content creation
Brand management
A good understanding of website management including SEO and Google Analytics
Exceptional verbal and written communication with a customer-centric approach
Well-developed time management and prioritizing skills
Experience working in a similar role ideally in the hotel/tourism sector
SALES COORDINATOR
Part Time/Full Time
This is a wonderful opportunity for someone to commence their career in hotel sales at an independent hotel in Brisbane CBD with a view to move to a business development role in the future.
Key Responsibilities
Provide support across all aspects of Sales & Marketing to assist the team in attracting new business and maintaining strong client relations
Organise and host hotel site inspections
Organise and represent the hotel at industry and networking events
Provide regular reports on sales activities pipeline and performance metrics
Coordinate and manage the hotels Royal Rewards program
Experience
Excellent time management and prioritising skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate efficiently on all levels
Have a customer focus and the ability to work with team members to achieve objectives
Sales experience in a hotel or related tourism industry highly desired but not ess
