About the Position
The primary purpose of the Director People & Culture is to lead steady and evolve Arts Centre Melbournes People & Culture function ensuring it is fit-for-purpose trusted and aligned to the organisations strategic direction.
Reporting to the CEO the Director of People and Culture is a senior leader accountable for providing strategic direction and strong leadership in all facets of the People and Culture function. The Director will drive transformation at the enterprise level in the delivery of the strategic and organisational plans and ensure strategies and objectives are understood supported and implemented across the organisation.
Full-time ongoing position. Band 6.0 $158840.00 per annum plus superannuation.

About the Team
The Office of the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) provides strategic leadership coordination and assurance across functions that are central to the effective governance culture and external positioning of Arts Centre Melbourne.
The Office brings together government advocacy and policy People and Culture and executive administration to ensure close alignment between organisational strategy leadership workforce capability and stakeholder engagement.
