About the role

The City of Coffs Harbour is looking for dedicated Water and Sewer Attendants to join a committed supportive and friendly team. This role involves monitoring and maintaining water quality and wastewater management systems ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. Responsibilities include conducting regular inspections performing routine maintenance minor construction work maintaining accurate records within the Citys maintenance management system and organising works and reporting as required.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable learning and utilising mobile technology contribute positively to team morale and take pride in completing work that is of a high standard and imperative to keeping the Coffs community safe.
About you
- Demonstrated experience in the construction operation and/or maintenance of water infrastructure wastewater infrastructure and/or other relevant infrastructure.
- National Construction Induction Certificate (White card)
- Minimum Class C Drivers Licence (and willingness to obtain MR Licence)
- Confined Space Certificate
- Working at Heights Certificate
- Working near overhead powerlines

- Competitive salary in the range of $60025.53 - $63184.76 depending on your capabilities and experience plus 12% Superannuation.
- On Call Live Sewer Allowances
- Permanent Full-Time 38 hours per week
- Options to accrue RDOs and flexible working arrangements.
