People Services Manager Manufacturing
Job Summary
Bring your energy to Aggreko as People Services Manager. The role is responsible for partnering with HRBPs and the business to provide comprehensive HR support and solutions fostering employee engagement and driving performance to enable a productive and positive experience for our managers and colleagues for the sub-region/area you are responsible for.

What youll do:
Partner with People Business Partners and crossfunctional HR teams to align people plans with business objectives and ensure seamless delivery of HR services.
Analyse HR and case management data to identify trends support decisionmaking and provide expert guidance on employee relations investigations and workplace resolutions.
Coach managers and colleagues on HR systems (including Workday) policies and processes to build capability and drive consistent adoption.
Ensure compliance with local employment legislation partnering with Legal and updating contracts documents and processes as regulations evolve.
Lead and contribute to regional/global HR projects and annual People processes driving service improvements and enhancing the employee experience.
Support and develop People Services Advisors to deliver efficient endtoend employee lifecycle services and ensure timely accurate case resolution through Workday Help.
You are:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources or a related field or equivalent proven knowledge and experience.
Strong HR expertise including employee relations investigations conflict resolution and support on complex people matters.
Ability to analyse HR data and case trends to generate insights inform decisions and improve HR processes.
Proven experience partnering with HR Business Partners and crossfunctional teams (TA L&D C&B Legal) across diverse regions and cultures. Solid understanding of local employment legislation with experience updating contracts documentation and processes to maintain compliance.
Strong coaching skills with the ability to upskill managers and team members on HR systems (ideally Workday) policies and people practices. Commercial awareness with the ability to apply business and financial considerations to people-related decisions.
