As a Senior Property Asset Management Program Specialist (WQPPM III) in the Regulatory Compliance and Land Acquisition unit you will be expected to assist in planning contributing to and supporting the property asset management program directly impacting the division/department and addition you will be assigned to planning and oversight of support for WTDs Capital Improvement Program and Operations program with a focus on the multi -faceted needs of our existing facilities facilities under construction and new facilities just completed. You will complete your own body of work while also working together with teammates to achieve your best performance using identified objectives KPIs (key performance indicators) and work plans to ensure the work units performance meets customer and community needs and aligns with WTDs vision and values. As a team member you will work to reinforce team culture and improve team processes. You will serve regularly on the Divisions Safety and Security team and may be expected to effectively lead outreach support for WTDs most complex programs projects and facilities.
As a team member you will demonstrate a commitment to LEAN principles and Leader Standard Work with the ability to apply continuous improvement practices to daily operations consistently delighting the customer. Proficiency in embracing and leveraging new and emerging technologies to enhance efficiency transparency and service delivery is of utmost importance. You will be expected to demonstrate skills in measuring tracking and analyzing performance data to identify opportunities for improvement drive informed decision-making and foster a culture of accountability innovation and operational excellence.

Qualifications You Bring:
Training/courses through the International Right of Way Association (or similar) are desirable although not required.
Experience in Property Asset Management and/or related field is desirable although not required.
Experience or training in project management is desirable although not required.

Work Details:The PAM team works in a hybrid model with days in the office in the field as well as telecommuting.The ratio of remote to onsite and/or field work will be dependent on the business needs and is subject to change.The primary onsite location is the collaboration space at King Street Center - 201 S. Jackson St Seattle WA 98104additional onsite locations may include: West Point Treatment Plant 1400 Discovery Park Blvd. Seattle South Treatment Plant 1200 Monster Road S.W.
