Job Responsibilities:
- Manage IT systems and operations remotely for FDR Financial Group.
- Provide technical support to team members and troubleshoot any IT issues.
- Implement and maintain security protocols to protect company data and systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize IT infrastructure and operations.
- Ensure smooth functioning of remote IT systems for efficient workflow.
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Proven experience in IT support and operations.
- Strong understanding of networking security and cloud technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Desired Experience:
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Experience working remotely and managing IT systems from a distance.
- Certifications in relevant IT fields such as Cisco or Microsoft are a plus.
