Job Summary

Job Description:

We are seeking an organized and proactive Logistics Specialist to oversee the transportation storage and distribution of our organic care products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely delivery maintaining inventory accuracy and coordinating with suppliers and shipping partners.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate the shipment of products to customers retailers and distribution centers.
Track shipments and ensure timely.
Resolve any shipping delays or issues with carriers.
Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records.
Coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure proper storage of organic products.
Conduct regular inventory audits.
Communicate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and products.
Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and logistics partners.
Process and manage incoming and outgoing orders.
Ensure orders are accurate and meet company quality standards.
Maintain logistics records and prepare reports on shipping inventory and supply chain performance.
Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in efficiency and cost reduction.
Ensure all logistics activities comply with company policies and industry regulations.
Support eco-friendly shipping practices and sustainable packaging initiatives.

Qualifications:

Required:

High school diploma or equivalent.
12 years of experience in logistics supply chain or warehouse operations.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and logistics software.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
