Position: Remote IT & Operations Specialist
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage IT operations and ensure smooth functioning of technical systems and networks.
- Provide technical support to remote employees and troubleshoot any IT-related issues.
- Implement and maintain security measures to protect company data and systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize IT processes and procedures.
- Monitor system performance and make recommendations for improvements.
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in IT Computer Science or related field.
- Strong knowledge of IT systems networks and security protocols.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Good communication skills to interact with remote teams.
Desired Experience:
