Job Description
The Multi Service Business Analyst will play a critical role in optimizing GE Healthcares service operations in China by analyzing complex business data identifying areas for improvement and supporting strategic decision-making to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities**
* Gather analyze and interpret large datasets related to service operations including but not limited to service delivery performance customer feedback inventory management and financial metrics.
* Identify trends patterns and anomalies within service data to pinpoint root causes of operational inefficiencies and potential service improvements.
* Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards to monitor service performance and present actionable insights to management.
* Collaborate with various cross-functional teams including Service Operations Sales Marketing and Finance to understand business needs and translate them into analytical requirements.
* Support the development and implementation of new service programs processes and tools by providing data-driven recommendations and impact assessments.
* Prepare detailed reports presentations and executive summaries to communicate findings and recommendations clearly and concisely.
* Participate in strategic planning sessions and contribute to the formulation of long-term service strategies based on market trends and business analytics.
* Conduct ad-hoc analysis and provide insights to support urgent business requests and problem-solving initiatives.
* Ensure data accuracy and integrity across various reporting systems and platforms.
Job Qualifications**
* Bachelors degree in Business Administration Finance Economics Statistics Engineering or a related quantitative field. Masters degree preferred.
* 3 years of experience in a business analyst data analyst or similar analytical role preferably within the healthcare medical device or service industry.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to collect organize analyze and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
* Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g. Excel (advanced) SQL Tableau Power BI Python R).
* Experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP) and CRM platforms is a plus.
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal in Mandarin Chinese and English with the ability to explain complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
* Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
* Familiarity with service operations supply chain or financial analysis concepts is highly desirable.
