Job Summary
Key responsibilities
- Finance Business Partner for some enabliing functions.
- Headcount planning and tracking
- Personnel related cost planning and monitoring
- Cost PBI report upgrading/CR/trouble shooting support
- Master data management
- Audit coordination
Qualifications
- Master degree with relevant major from top Chinese University/Oversea University
- 3 years of working experience in financial management
- Big-4 or MNC experience required
- High organization skills proactive personality and adaptable to change;
- Well-developed data/process management and analytical skills with independent thinking combined with a good business partner mind-set;
- Good business sense and keen at translating business understanding into numbers;
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and impact;
- Fluent both in written and spoken English;
- Good communication especially presentation skills;
- Self-driven and confident in exposing himself/herself in management and LoB;

About Company
You will be part of the Gulf Cluster sales team based in Qatar. You will report to the Country Sales Manager. The local team consists of approx 10 employees, and has highly-engaged and experienced members that are looking for a new teammember.
