We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.
In this role you will:
Capture international trends for customer referral from Hong Kong and Singapore implement strategies to convert cross-border flows into local acquisition growth
Develop and implement market expansion strategies focused on Premier acquisition and customer growth across target international markets.
Identify and develop high-net-worth client segments and strategic partnership channels to drive new Premier account openings and WEM growth.
Analyze cross-border client needs competitor offerings and market opportunities to optimize acquisition funnels and conversion performance.
Collaborate with product compliance and branch teams to ensure efficient client onboarding and high-quality service for HSBC Premier customers.
Monitor key metrics including account acquisition client conversion and WEM growth and continuously improve growth strategies.
Work closely with global/ regional counterparts and various internal stakeholders for alignment in strategic direction business performance tracking and planning
To be successful in the role you should meet the following requirements:
Minimum of 10 years proven and progressive working experience or equivalent
Bachelors degree in marketing business related field or equivalent experience.
Professional qualifications as appropriate to market
Strong communication negotiation or equivalent experience.
Sound knowledge of financial services products and services and the client relationship management system
Strong managerial analytical communications decision-making lateral thinking influencing and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and effectively influence and communicate across various business lines at different levels within the organization.
Knowledge of the organization and its products processes and pertinent regulations affecting their delivery.
Strong ability to credibly interact with senior management.
