Job Summary
Description
Job Responsibilities
- Extract data from system and prepare BOP invoice copy and necessary documents and list the problem need to be clarified
- Do vendor payment for sites as scheduled.
- Communicate with the AP accountant and sites about the issues occurred.
- Return results to sites and related persons.
- Dig root cause for issue.
- Assist other Management Requests
- Complete other job assigned by supervisor/manager
- Bachelors degree or above in Accountancy with1 year of relevant experiences.
- Strong computer skills
- Excellent communication skills both oral and written. Fluency in spoken and written English preferred. Strong skills in relationship building problem solving.
- Drive for Results and ability to work effectively in a matrix organization.
- Accuracy and orientation to details is critical.
- High integrity is a must
- Fluent English Language Competency
- Cooperative and Pro-active personality
- Good team player
Basic Qualifications
