We are looking for a Service Leader - Compensation & Benefitsto join our team!
As the Service Leader - Compensation & Benefits we rely on you to:
1. Management of employee attendance for all departments in the hotel;
2. Adjustment and review of the salaries of ordinary employees;
3. Preparation and statistics of monthly employee salary sheets and daily employee leave salary sheets;
4. Assistance in the review of employee rewards and punishments;
5. Handling of employee social security and processing of employee group insurance insurance additions and withdrawals and change procedures etc.;
6. Filling out salary reports and submitting them for review by superiors;
7. Supervision and inspection of personnel files as well as management of labor contracts.
We are looking for someone who:
1. College degree or above with relevant working experience in the same position;
2. Proficient in operating computers;
3. Familiar with labor laws tax laws labor protection and social insurance labor wages benefits etc. policies and regulations;
4. Master specialized knowledge such as labor economics financial accounting and statistics.
