They are seeking a senior digital transformation leader a rare combination of technology strategist commercial closer and delivery champion to lead a fast-growing digital advisory practice. This is a role for someone who can confidently engage at the C-suite level influence major digital transformation agendas and convert opportunity into sustainable revenue.

Senior Specialist Recruitment Consultant
- Drive strategy revenue generation and business growth for the digital advisory practice
- Lead and manage client engagements including sales delivery and practice development
- Work with clients executive teams to design innovative business solutions define transformation programs and deliver long-term value
- Own end-to-end delivery of enterprise-level technology programs managing risks and aligning solutions with business strategy
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities grow client accounts and build the practices market presence
- Lead product vision and development ensuring offerings meet client needs and industry trends
- Manage budgets forecasts and profitability for the digital advisory business unit
- Build a strong brand as a subject matter expert internally and externally
- Honours degree (or equivalent) in IT Information Systems Computer Science or related fields
- 10 years experience in technology with 8 years in senior leadership or technology strategy roles
- Proven track record of closing deals and growing client accounts
- Strong commercial insight and stakeholder influence skills
- Sound understanding of computer systems networks security telecommunications databases and storage systems
- Solid working knowledge of coding languages and security protocols
- Strong interpersonal communication leadership analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage teams priorities and complex projects
