As Head of Country Operations youll be responsible for driving operational efficiency across our US campaigns partnering closely with leadership and crossfunctional teams to optimise performance unlock growth and build a strong accountable culture. This role plays a critical part in how our US business delivers scales and shows up every day.

If you have the following:

Senior experience leading operations or sales/customer service operations within a complex performancedriven environment
Strong strategic and analytical capability with a proven ability to turn insight into execution
Experience working crossfunctionally with finance marketing enablement and leadership teams
A leadership style rooted in ownership accountability and developing highperforming teams
