About the Team & Business Line:
Fund Administration is Citcos core business and ouralternative asset and accounting service is one of the industrys mostrespected. Our continuous investment in learning and technology solutions meansour people are equipped to deliver a seamless client experience.
Responsibilities
Your Role:
- Review subscription agreements.
- Follow up with investors on missing documentation.
- Maintain electronic and physical partner records.
- Maintain bank accounts for funds assigned.
- Prepare and review of daily and weekly performance releases.
- Produce Investor statements and correspondence.
- Assist with the appropriate handling of fund manager and investor calls.
Qualifications
About You:
- Possess a post-secondary education.
- Preferably have 1-3 years of experience in Client Services.
- Excellent MS Office suite skills (excel in particular).
- Knowledge of the private equity fund hedge fund or mutual fund industry and concepts is a plus.
- Experience in Investor Relations or experience within a transfer agency environment is a plus.
Salary Range: CAD $50000 - CAD $60000
