As the Transportation Administrator you will provide administrative and operational support. This role includes managing inventory records auditing operational documentation and coordinating the closure of dispatched runs to maintain accurate reporting and workflow completion.
What youre responsible for:
- Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks
- Maintain inventory database
- Track incoming and outgoing items
- Report discrepancies shortages or damages
- Update internal systems
- Prepare reports documents and correspondence
- Generate weekly monthly and as needed reporting
- Coordinate internal communications and information flow
- Work cross functionally with teams to manage inventor
Qualifications :
To join our team:
- You have a diploma or degree in Business Administration or related experience
- You have customer service experience
- You have proven experience in administrative or office support roles
- You have previous experience working in a transportation or logistics environment (an asset)
- You have experience with Power BI (an asset)
- You have strong organizational and time-management skills
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- You have attention to detail and strong problem-solving ability
- You are able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
