Reporting to the Associate Vice President Analytics and Donor Relations the Donor Relations Coordinator is an integral part of the data team and the key gift entry and reporting support for the programs at Georgetown and Oakville Hospital Foundations.
The successful candidate will demonstrate superb organizational skills attention to detail problem-solving skills as they are critical to the role as are patience analytical skills. They will have a professional manner and the ability to shift task focus and interact tactfully and diplomatically with a wide variety of people.
This position requires work flexibility of both remote and onsite (2 days per week)
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for end to end gift processing and administrative support for the Major Gift Estates Employee and third party vendor Programs in adherence to Revenue Canadas policies and the auditors guidelines
- Liaison for external relationships with third party vendors as well as support onboarding set-ip and annual compliance needs
- Create metrics reporting relating to gift processing
- Deposits preparation
- Lead on donor inquiries pertaining to various donation requests
- Assist in development revision and execution of gift entry processes and procedures
- Assist with ongoing database maintenance to ensure accuracy of data
- Support organizing incoming and outgoing mail
- Event support onsite
Qualifications :
- Post-secondary education or comparable combination of skills and experience
- Raisers Edge (RE/NXT) fundraising software experience
- SQL PowerBI or equivalent programs experience an asset
- Excellent computer literacy including Internet Microsoft Office Teams and Excel
- Results oriented
- Flexibility to work both remotely and on site
- Ability to work independently as well as within a fast-paced team environment
- Demonstrated commitment to excellence
- Effective oral and written communication skills
