We have an opportunity for a dynamicleadproject manager supporting Advanced Manufacturing. The Advanced Manufacturing team develops and implementsstate of the arttechnology to improve production and enable digital connectivity throughout operations.

You will scope projects develop budgets create and execute project plans andmonitorperformance in support of our Smart Factorytransformation.You willidentifyproject related problems and recommend solutions.

The ideal candidate will understand product life cycle development processes and manufacturing process will be able to effectively lead high performance teamsconsistent with Collins Aerospace corporate and Operations Core Values (the How of performance).Experience with the practical application of Lean Principles and Six Sigma arehighly valued.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop and own project plans schedules and budgetsensuringadherence to the established project plan schedule and budget.

Perform critical path analysis preparing and implementing work-around plans to ensure the successful completion of projects.

Guidesand communicates job schedule to all project team members and stakeholders to ensuretimelycompletion of projects.

Conduct meetingsconsolidate and present plans and progress reports relating to business aspects of the project(s).

Monitors performance metrics of projects and develops corrective action plans to address gaps.

Record and document delays changes in scope and any other incidents thatimpactthe scope of work or schedule to ensure smooth project operations.

Promote the Collins Path and foster a collaborative team environment.

Reviews and presents plans and progress reports relating to project strategy progress and results.

Travel up to 35%.

QUALIFICATIONSYOU MUST HAVE:

Typically requires a degree in Science Technology Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) unless prohibited by local laws/regulations and minimum 10 years prior relevant experienceoran Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experienceorin absence of a degree 14 years of relevant experience.

PreviousProgram/Project management experience.

QUALIFICATIONSWE PREFER:

Knowledgeable of aerospace or manufacturing processes product and qualitywith New Product Introductions is valued.

Proficiencyapplying Lean/Six Sigma principles.

Proficiencyin MS Project and SAP or similar ERP system

PMP Certification is valued.

Self-directed; strong planning and organizational skills able adapt to changing priorities and assignments whileexecuting.

Strong peer leadership organizational communication and interpersonal skills.

The salary range for this role is 132400 USD - 251600 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer including but not limited to the role function and associated responsibilities a candidates work experience location education/training and key skills.
