Strategic Product Lead

We are seeking a highly strategic results-driven Strategic Product Lead to guide the vision development and lifecycle management of key digital products within our organization. This role will play a critical part in aligning product strategy with business goals customer needs and market opportunities.

As a Strategic Product Lead you will collaborate with engineering design analytics and leadership teams to define product roadmaps drive product innovation and ensure successful delivery of high-impact solutions. The ideal candidate combines strong product leadership analytical thinking and exceptional cross-functional collaboration skills.

This fully remote position requires someone who can lead product initiatives translate business objectives into actionable product strategies and deliver measurable value to customers and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

* Define and lead the strategic product vision roadmap and long-term product planning

* Identify market opportunities customer needs and emerging trends to guide product innovation

* Collaborate with engineering design and data teams to deliver high-quality product solutions

* Translate business goals into clear product requirements and actionable development plans

* Prioritize product features and initiatives based on customer impact and business value

* Monitor product performance metrics and user feedback to drive continuous improvement

* Lead cross-functional coordination between product marketing sales and operations teams

* Present product strategy and progress updates to executive leadership and stakeholders

* Ensure successful product launches and ongoing lifecycle management

* Maintain detailed documentation of product strategy roadmaps and development plans

Required Qualifications

* Bachelors degree in Business Product Management Computer Science Engineering or a related field

* 5 years of experience in product management product strategy or product leadership roles

* Proven experience leading digital or technology product development initiatives

* Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate insights into action

* Experience working with cross-functional teams in agile or product-driven environments

* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

* Ability to lead complex projects in a remote or distributed team environment

* Strong organizational and decision-making capabilities

Preferred Qualifications

* Masters degree (MBA or related field)

* Experience with SaaS technology platforms or data-driven products

* Familiarity with Agile Scrum or other modern product development frameworks

* Experience using product analytics tools and roadmap platforms

* Background in scaling digital products or launching new product initiatives
